A 24 hour notice must be given for the cancellation or reschedule of an appointment. If cancelled or rescheduled after the 24 hour mark, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be required. Certain circumstances may apply. Clients 18 and younger, your confirmation text will need to go to the adult/guardian responsible for paying for your appointment.
